I went to Chac Mol Cenote with him, and as always diving with Luis is a superb experience were you are guide by a professional, so you have the peace of mind that you are in hands of a highly trained diver that also loves what he does, as that translates in the kind of service and attention to detail he put in your time with him. The Cenote is amazing, you will see underground tree roots, stalactites, and the sunshine inside the Cenote makes beautiful pictures. The cherry on the top the Cathedral inside the Cenote.   Blindsided!!! We booked in the morning for a dive the next day. Promptly received confirmation, exchanged several emails confirming pick-up etc. At about 5 pm, they asked for diving experience... read more and certification cards - good sign. At about 8 pm we received email saying a group booked with them weeks before "had not canceled," and they didn't have enough room for us, so we needed to cancel... What? They double-booked, thinking the other group might cancel; they didn't, so we need to. Seriously? I asked since they had known this "for weeks," why didn't you tell us earlier? It was too late for me to arrange another company... did they make back-up plans or could they please help? No, sorry you need to cancel... very disappointed.
